Return Policy
1. What is the deadline to apply for a return?
You must apply within 30 days of receiving the item(s). To return items, you must keep them in perfect condition, without using or removing the labels and the original packaging.
2. How to cancel an order?
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours.
Once the packaging and shipping process has started, and you need to send back to package to us for cancel the order.
3. How to return if the product is damaged on arrival?
If the product is serious damaged, you need to contact our customer service first, and provide your order number as well as a photo of this damaged product, after we check that, you can return the product for free or we would send you a new one if you still want the product.
4. How to return when I changed my mind?
Please contact our customer service to get a return shipping address, also you need to pay the return shipping fee in this situation.
5. How to return for an exchange?
You can exchange a purchased product within 30 days. If 30 days have gone, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund nor exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To exchange an item or order, contact us with service@morefavor.com and we will provide you with our current return address. Please note, for exchange, customer may need to pay the return shipping fee.
6. How to return if it is a wrong product?
Please contact our customer service, and send us a photo of the product you received, after we check that, we would send you a return shipping label. And you can request to send a new one or make a refund of your order.
